Fair use and rate limits

To keep the Service available for everyone, public endpoints (survey submission, file upload, survey view tracking) are rate-limited per IP address. Legitimate respondents and embeds should never notice these — they're set well above normal usage.

File uploads on questions have a per-file size cap (10MB on the Free plan, 500MB on paid plans) and only accept common file types (images, PDF, text/CSV, Office documents, and common audio/video formats).
